With modern aesthetics and constructed to meet the demands of today’s overlanders and campers both in Australia and the USA, the Saber’s impressive internal length of 2200mm ensures there is ample room throughout for a hinged pop-up design.
Taking sleeping comfort to the next level, the Saber is fitted with a super comfortable 80mm rebound foam mattress accompanied with a 20mm padded anti-condensation mat, or for those who prefer 5 star camping, the option of a fully Australian made 23Zero 100mm inner spring mattress is also available.
Sleeping bags, doonas or blankets can be stowed neatly inside the tent making for an effortless set up and pack down.
Featuring 23Zero’s innovative LST canvas coating effectively defusing sunlight and UV rays from entering the inner tent, 3 screened entry and exit points provide you with the option of accompanying the Saber Hardshell Roof top tent with a side or 270 degree awning giving you the ultimate camping set up.
Carry your bike, paddle board or recovery tracks with the 3 x T-slotted roof bars included in the kit for further convenience. Easy to maintain and clean, the 23Zero Saber Hardshell is built to serve!
CONSTRUCTION
- Robust powder coated 25mm thick aluminium honeycomb base with 2 pre-fitted external mounting rails for easy fitment to vehicle roof racks
- Thermally insulated aluminium tubular frame with powder coated aluminium top and surrounding water and dust prevention rubber seal
- Extruded aluminium perimeter profile with T slots for optional accessory mounting
- Gas strut assisted opening and closing functionality
- 280gsm Poly cotton rip stop canvas with LST coating
- 3 x 100mm x 70mm stainless steel hinges
- 2 x adjustable safety locks
- 2 x adjustable ladder brackets
- Canvas secured to base via PVC piping into a raised channel offering additional watertightness and easy removal of canvas if required.
- 3 x 1420mm long roof bars with 6 x 5mm thick roof bar mounting brackets
- 1 x 2300mm L aluminium telescopic ladder with adjustable increments
COMFORT & CONVENIENCE
- Standard fitted with an 80mm rebound foam covered mattress
- Condensation moisture is controlled with a 20mm padded anti condensation mat which also offers extra comfort and support under mattress
- Optional fully Australian made 100mm 23Zero inner spring mattress

- Your vehicle’s maximum roof load rating (refer to vehicle manufacturer’s specifications)
- Your roof rack’s maximum load rating including off-road capacity (consult roof rack manufacturer / seller)
The maximum amount of weight you can safely add to a vehicle’s roof / cargo area differs according to make and type of vehicle including aftermarket additions such as roof racks / bars.
NOTE: Roof rack off-road limits are immensely different to normal road use load ratings.
